Classpass: Already Have an Account
If you already have a ClassPass account, you can still receive your free credits through your MedPass membership.
Option 1: Submit a Request via ClassPass Support
1️⃣ Go to ClassPass Support.
2️⃣ Fill out the required form.
3️⃣ Attach screenshots of your Premier or Premier+ MedPass membership as proof.
Option 2: Use Classpass Live Chat
1️⃣ Visit ClassPass.com and open the chat feature.
2️⃣ Send the following message:
I’d like to transition my existing ClassPass plan to a MedPass “Premier or Premier+” Corporate plan. My current ClassPass email is [INSERT EXISTING CLASSPASS EMAIL]. The company code is [INSERT COMPANY CODE PROVIDED IN THE APP].
