What if I need to cancel?
You can cancel your MedPass membership at any time by calling our team at (833) 633-7277 during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm EST). Please remember that we do not offer refunds for payments that have already been made, so be sure to cancel before your next billing cycle to avoid additional charges.
If you purchased your membership through the App Store, you’ll need to cancel directly through Apple. Please follow this link to manage your subscription and request a refund if needed, as we do not have control over the refund process for App Store purchases.
